Francis Howell Union High School has a blended curriculum where students take some of their courses on the computer using the A+ Anywhere Learning Software System for credit recovery. The other portion of their school day is spent taking direct instruction courses similar to the comprehensive high school environment. Beginning with the 2011/2012 school year, some computer courses may have a project based learning component.
All courses at FHU are aligned with the FHSD curriculum and the course and grade level expectations set by the State of Missouri’s Department of Elementary and Secondary Education.
